General Guidelines
- Children below 5 years must be accompanied by a parent in the baby pool or big pool.
- Children aged 5-12 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
- Changing rooms are available for members; users must keep them clean and tidy.
- Do not leave valuable items unattended in the changing rooms; Joon Swimming Academy is not responsible for any loss.
- Lockers should not be used for overnight storage; items left behind will be disposed of daily.
- Swimmers must bring their own locks for lockers; management is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Pool Safety & Hygiene
- No glassware, breakable spectacles, spitting, or urinating in the pool.
- No food or drinks are allowed inside the swimming pool area.
- Horseplay (pushing, pulling, throwing, free dives, jumps, or any disturbances) is strictly prohibited. Violation may lead to membership termination with no refunds.
- Only kickboards and pull buoys are permitted; other swimming aids require management approval.
- Parents are not allowed on the pool deck to avoid distractions during coaching.
- No oil or body lotion before entering the pool.
- Remove shoes, slippers, and socks before entering the pool area for hygiene reasons.
- Proper swimming attire is mandatory (swimming costume, cap, etc.); innerwear is not allowed under swimwear.
- A shower is mandatory before entering the pool.
- A medical fitness certificate from a recognized doctor is required.
- Swimmers with communicable diseases, skin issues, open wounds, or disabilities must inform the authorities.
- No running in the pool deck, changing rooms, or bathrooms.
Usage Rules
- Photography & video recording is prohibited without written permission.
- Users swim at their own risk; Joon Swimming Academy is not liable for any mishap.
- Injuries must be reported immediately; first-aid is available at the Manager’s Table.
- Swimmers are responsible for any damage caused to pool property.
- Only membership cardholders are allowed to swim during designated hours.
- Non-swimmers must not cross the restricted rope in the pool. If they do, it is at their own risk.
- Entry permission may be revoked at any time without explanation.
- Swimmers with long hair must wear caps; beginners must wear red caps.
- Instructions from managers, coaches, and lifeguards must be followed strictly.
- The pool remains closed once a week; no compensation or extension will be given.
- Membership fees and coaching fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable.
- Swimmers under alcohol influence will have their membership terminated immediately with no refunds.
- Swimming session is limited to 50 minutes; members must vacate 10 minutes before the next session.
- Members must arrive and leave as per their allotted time.
- No entry without an identity card; a payment receipt must be collected.
- ID cards must be shown to designated staff before proceeding.
- Children below 5 years are allowed only in the toddler pool with a parent.
- Valuable items should not be stored in lockers; members do so at their own risk.
- No outside food is allowed inside the pool premises; eating is permitted only in designated areas.
- A duplicate membership card will be issued for ₹200 upon submission of an application.
- Management reserves the right to close the pool at any time without explanation.
- Parking is at the owner’s risk; management is not responsible for vehicle damage.
- The swimming pool is private property; management reserves the right to deny entry.
- Digital payments (debit cards, credit cards, net banking, digital wallets) will incur a 2% MDR fee plus applicable taxes.
Documents Required for Registration:
- Aadhaar Card copy
- Two latest passport-size photos
- Doctor’s certification with stamp and registration number
- For family packages: Minor users must submit a photocopy of their date of birth certificate
